The American Society of Plastic Surgeons collects plastic surgery data from surgeons throughout the United States and has provided the age distribution of plastic surgery patients in 2008.

Breast augmentation is one of the most popular plastic surgery procedures in four out five of the age groups included in the study, while rhinoplasty and liposuction are popular in three out of five categories.
